We do offer exchanges on all orders if you decide to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please note we do not accept refunds for a change of mind. While we are more than happy to assist where possible, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size has been ordered. Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping of their order as well as the re-shipping fee back to them.

faulty items

All jewellery is quality checked by a specialist jeweller before it is dispatched. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault.

Please understand that if your jewellery happens to wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Our jewellery is individually handcrafted which makes it delicate in nature and should be handled carefully. For more information of how to take proper care of your jewelry please check our Jewellery Care Instructions page, we have outlined everything in detail for you.

We do not accept returns when:

1. Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without the original packaging.

2. Items are returned outside the specified return timeframe.

3. An order includes earrings due to hygienic reasons.

Otherwise, our Loca Luna team will return the good at the customer's expense.

Loca Luna Jewellery is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Loca Luna Jewellery.

In addition, if you have received a faulty product we will gladly repair or exchange the original piece if the product was purchased within 6 months. To notify us of the fault, please fill out our Return Request Form.
